See note below re access online
You can order your medication in a number of ways:
- In person - use your repeat slip ensuring that the items you require are clearly ticked. There is an internal post box in the foyer of the surgery.
- Post – send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope if you want it posted back;
- Online – As of 23rd April 2020 we have a new clinical system. We are in the process of sending out registration details to those who were registered on the previous system. Please bear with us while we add these. In the meantime, you can request your prescriptions by email via the following email address: D-CCG.firstname.lastname@example.org
Thanks for your co-operation while we update the new ordering system.
For security reasons we are unable to process orders over the phone.
If you have NEVER ordered your repeat prescriptions online through the Wembury Surgery website, please contact reception who will be able to advise you on the steps you need to take to create your online account.
PLEASE NOTE: To avoid disappointment and to allow time for any queries to be resolved please allow 48 hours between ordering your prescription and collection.

We dispense to most patients, except those who live within one mile of a chemist in which situation drugs must be dispensed by a chemist. The dispensary staff are available Monday to Friday from 08:30 – 13:00 and 14:00 – 18:00 for collection of medication.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
