Repeat Prescriptions

You can order your medication in a number of ways:

  • In person - use your repeat slip ensuring that the items you require are clearly ticked. There is an internal post box in the foyer of the surgery.
  • Post – send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope if you want it posted back;
  • Online – via the link at the top of this page. New users are required to provide identification in person at the surgery prior to an account being created.

For security reasons we are unable to process orders over the phone.

If you have NEVER ordered your repeat prescriptions online through the Wembury Surgery website, please contact reception who will be able to advise you on the steps you need to take to create your online account.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
